Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PodHelper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of Service

You may use PodHelper to generate AI podcasts and AI images for personal or commercial use, subject to the limitations of your subscription plan.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use PodHelper to create, upload, or distribute any of the following:

  • NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content
  • Content depicting nudity or sexual acts
  • Content that sexualizes or exploits minors in any way
  • Violent, gory, or excessively graphic content
  • Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting discrimination
  • Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Deepfakes or misleading impersonations of real individuals
  • Content promoting illegal activities, fraud, or scams
  • Malware, spam, or any form of malicious content

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal content to relevant authorities.

4. Content Moderation

PodHelper employs automated content moderation systems to detect and prevent the generation of prohibited content. We reserve the right to review, flag, or remove any content that violates our policies. Users who repeatedly attempt to circumvent our content safety measures will be permanently banned.

5. Credits and Billing

Credits are consumed when generating podcasts or images. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless specified in your plan. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record partner.

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated using PodHelper belongs to you, provided it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for ensuring your generated content does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination for policy violations, no refund will be issued.
